We are still in a true zero-to-one phase.\nAs our first Customer Security Engineer (pentest), you will own the end-to-end delivery of white-glove pentesting services by guiding customers before, during, and after tests and turning findings into clear, actionable next steps.\nResponsibilities\nGuide customers end-to-end through their pentests (before, during, and after), helping them get maximum value from the product and ensuring smooth, high-quality engagements.\n\nAct as the primary technical point of contact for customers, answering deep technical questions around test setups, scope, results and validating potential false positives.\n\nTranslate findings into action, advising customers on how to prioritize and effectively remediate discovered vulnerabilities in a way that fits their architecture and development workflows.\n\nCollaborate closely with the AI pentesting team, feeding real-world customer insights back into the product to improve accuracy, usability, and impact.\n\nRequirements\nHands-on pentesting experience\n\nComfortable working directly with customers\n\nStrong application or infrastructure security skills\n\nClear communicator, technical but human\n\nOSCP, OSWE, CREST, or similar is a plus\n\nWhat you can expect:\nHigh-impact position in a fast-growing company.\n\nFast growth of responsibility.\n\nCompetitive salary package.\n\nA company that sticks to its values in an open and informal atmosphere (see our culture page on the website for more details).\n\nFlexibility in working hours\n\nYou will be recruited based on competencies.
