Missions
- Contribuer à l'évolution de la plateforme Tellent HR en développant et en améliorant les workflows RH essentiels.
- Participer à la prise de décision technique, à la révision du code et à la diffusion des connaissances au sein de l'équipe.
- Assumer la responsabilité partagée de parties clés du produit, en contribuant à l'amélioration de l'évolutivité, de la fiabilité et de la maintenabilité.
Profil recherché
- Curiosity and flexibility-you enjoy learning new technologies and occasionally stepping outside your primary area of expertise- Extensive experience designing and building scalable backend applications with Node.js
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- A product mindset: you're comfortable working with evolving requirements, asking thoughtful questions, balancing technical quality with customer impact, and making pragmatic trade-offs
- Experience with React, or an interest in contributing across the stack when needed
- Senior-level engineering judgment-you know when to refactor, when to optimize, and when shipping the right solution creates the most value
