They are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to be the logistical heartbeat of their Talent Acquisition team. This position is three days a week on-site in Atlanta and a six-month contract.\nWhat You'll Do\nSchedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, including panel, onsite, and virtual loops, keeping candidates and interviewers informed every step of the way\nDeliver a warm, polished candidate experience from first outreach through offer and onboarding handoff\nMaintain accurate, up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), including candidate dispositions, interview feedback, and pipeline status\nPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to prepare interview materials, agendas, and scorecards\nDraft and send candidate communications, including interview confirmations, follow-ups, and rejection notes\nCoordinate travel and logistics for onsite candidates when needed\nIdentify process improvements and help build templates, trackers, and playbooks that make the team faster and more consistent\nHandle sensitive candidate and company information with discretion and professionalism\n1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, administrative support, or a similar customer-facing role (internships and contract experience welcome)\nExceptional organization and the ability to juggle many moving pieces without dropping a ball\nClear, friendly, professional written and verbal communication\nComfort working in fast-paced, high-volume environments with shifting priorities\nSound judgment and a strong commitment to confidentiality\nProficiency with calendar and scheduling tools and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office\nExperience with an ATS (such as SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) is a plus\nA bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience\nNice to Have\nExperience supporting technical or engineering hiring\nFamiliarity with interview-scheduling automation and recruiting analytics\nA passion for creating inclusive, equitable hiring experiences\n All your information will be kept
