You’ll work with tools such as n8n, Claude, Google Workspace, APIs, and other AI platforms to automate processes, connect systems, and build useful dashboards.\n\nSecurity is an important part of the role. You’ll help ensure that automated workflows have the right permissions and safeguards to protect company and client data.\n\nResponsibilities\nBuild and maintain automated workflows using n8n and AI tools.\n\nUse Claude, OpenAI, or similar AI platforms to automate business processes.\n\nConnect different systems using APIs and webhooks.\n\nWork with Google Workspace, Google APIs, and service accounts.\n\nManage access, permissions, and security controls for automated tasks.\n\nAdd safeguards to reduce security and data risks.\n\nConnect existing data sources and build internal and client-facing dashboards.\n\nTroubleshoot and improve existing automations and integrations.\n\nDocument workflows and technical processes.\n\nWork with different teams to identify opportunities for automation.\n\nQualifications\nExperience in AI automation, workflow automation, systems integration, or a similar technical role.\n\nHands-on experience with n8n or similar automation tools.\n\nExperience using AI/LLM tools such as Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini.\n\nExperience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.\n\nUnderstanding of access controls, permissions, authentication, and security best practices.\n\nExperience with Google Workspace or Google APIs.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with Google service accounts and OAuth.\n\nExperience with databases and dashboards.\n\nExperience with Noloco, Retool, or Looker Studio.\n\nExperience with cloud platforms or DevOps.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nSomeone who can build practical AI-powered automations while keeping them secure. You should be comfortable connecting different systems, working with APIs, troubleshooting technical issues, and finding ways to improve business processes through automation.\nNote: Web development is not the primary focus of this role.
