The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of practical React development experience, familiarity with Next.js App Router, and a solid foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Git workflows.\nThe role involves developing reusable UI components, integrating frontend applications with backend APIs, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the development team to deliver reliable and scalable digital solutions.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and maintain responsive web applications using React, Next.js App Router, and TypeScript.\n\nBuild reusable, component-based user interfaces that align with design specifications and application requirements.\n\nImplement responsive layouts and styling using Tailwind CSS.\n\nIntegrate REST APIs into frontend applications, including handling authentication, query parameters, loading states, and error responses.\n\nReview API documentation and Postman collections to understand API contracts and implement corresponding frontend functionality.\n\nCollaborate with backend developers and other team members to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.\n\nUse Git for version control, including branching, pull requests, and code review workflows.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve frontend bugs, compatibility issues, and performance concerns.\n\nParticipate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to maintain code quality, consistency, and maintainability.\n\nSupport the development of new applications and features, including greenfield projects.\n\nMaintain clear technical documentation and follow established development standards.\n\nPerform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior or authorized company representatives.\n\nQualifications\nMinimum of 2 years of hands-on professional experience developing applications with React.\n\nPractical experience with Next.js, specifically the App Router.\n\nStrong fundamentals in JavaScript and TypeScript.\n\nHands-on experience using Tailwind CSS to style and build responsive interfaces.\n\nComfortable working with Git, including branching, pull requests, and code review processes.\n\nUnderstanding of component-based development and the ability to build reusable UI components.\n\nFamiliarity with REST API integration, including authentication, query parameters, loading states, and error handling.\n\nAbility to read API documentation, including Postman collections, and implement frontend features according to defined API contracts.\n\nGood understanding of responsive design, frontend debugging, and maintainable coding practices.\n\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to translate design specifications into functional user interfaces.\n\nGood communication and collaboration skills when working with other developers and stakeholders.\n\nNice to have:\nExperience with AWS Amplify.\n\nExposure to deploying or hosting frontend applications using cloud-based services.\n\nExperience working on greenfield applications or projects.\n\nTechnical Requirements Priority\nMust-have skills\nReact - minimum 2 years of hands-on professional experience.\n\nNext.js - specifically the App Router.\n\nJavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals.\n\nTailwind CSS.\n\nGit branching, pull requests, and code review workflows.\n\nLearnable skills\nREST API integration and authentication handling.\n\nReading API documentation and Postman collections.\n\nComponent-based thinking and reusable UI development\n\nWhy RecruitGo?\nRecruitGo seamlessly links world-class business partners with top-tier global talent in emerging markets.
