This role focuses on sourcing suitable experts, assessing their professional backgrounds, and matching them with specific project needs. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, has strong communication skills, and is eager to contribute to a growing startup.\nResponsibilities\nUnderstand and analyze client requests to identify suitable subject-matter experts based on project requirements.\n\nSource, identify, and engage industry experts through messaging, business calls, and offline networking.\n\nAssess experts' professional backgrounds, experience, and areas of expertise to determine their suitability for client needs.\n\nRecruit and match qualified industry experts with client requirements within the expected timelines.\n\nCoordinate with Client Solutions Associates and fellow Recruitment Associates throughout the recruitment process to ensure project needs are met.\n\nMaintain clear and timely communication with industry experts and internal stakeholders.\n\nConceptualize, develop, test, and validate recruitment initiatives to improve processes and support business growth.\n\nContribute to the achievement of recruitment targets and overall company objectives.\n\nSupport continuous improvements in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruitment efficiency.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.\n\nFresh graduates are welcome; up to 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred.\n\nProficiency in spoken and written English is required.\n\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks with minimal supervision.\n\nStrong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nComfortable with outreach, networking, and engaging professionals from different industries.\n\nAdaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.\n\nWillingness to work on-site in Makati, Philippines.\n\nPreferred Skills\nResults-driven, proactive, and passionate about connecting with people.\n\nExperience in recruitment, talent sourcing, sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.\n\nStrong relationship-building and networking abilities.\n\nResourceful, organized, and comfortable working toward targets.\n\nEagerness to learn, take ownership, and contribute to a growing business.\n\nWhy RecruitGo?\nRecruitGo seamlessly links world-class business partners with top-tier global talent in emerging markets.
