The role will coordinate technical, program, finance, sales, and leadership teams to develop compliant, persuasive proposals for clean-energy programs.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProposal Management\nLead proposals end to end, from RFP/solicitation review through final submission.\n\nDevelop proposal schedules, work plans, and submission timelines.\n\nCoordinate proposal activities across sales, program, finance, technical SMEs, and leadership.\n\nManage multiple simultaneous proposal pursuits under tight deadlines.\n\nMaintain version control and proposal documentation.\n\nEnsure proposals comply with solicitation requirements, formatting, structure, and submission requirements.\n\nProposal Development & Writing\nWrite and edit:\nTechnical approaches\n\nManagement approaches\n\nStaffing plans\n\nPast performance narratives\n\nProgram methodologies\n\nExecutive summaries\n\nOther proposal sections\n\nTranslate technical and program information into clear, persuasive proposal content.\n\nDevelop win themes based on client requirements and organizational capabilities.\n\nCoordinate reviews, comments, approvals, and final production.\n\nEnsure consistency across technical, management, pricing, and budget narratives.\n\nProposal Operations\nMaintain reusable proposal content and templates.\n\nManage proposal content within Responsive or similar proposal management platforms.\n\nSupport proposal pricing and budget development in coordination with finance.\n\nMaintain proposal libraries and past-performance materials.\n\nTrack deadlines and deliverables across multiple pursuits.\nQualifications:\n\n5+ years of proposal development, proposal management, business development, or related experience.\n\nDemonstrated experience developing successful government and/or commercial proposals.\n\nStrong technical writing and editing skills.\n\nExperience managing multiple proposals simultaneously.\n\nStrong project coordination and deadline-management skills.\n\nExperience working with sales, program, finance, marketing, and technical SMEs.\n\nStrong knowledge of MS Office and Adobe PDF.\n\nUnderstanding of clean energy/sustainability is required.\n\nCan work effectively across all U.S Timezones.\n\nPreferred:\nExperience with U.S. government or utility procurement.\n\nExperience with state, municipal, or utility RFPs.\n\nExperience in clean energy, infrastructure, engineering, or utility industries.\n\nExperience with Responsive and/or Salesforce.\n\nExperience supporting proposal budgets/pricing.\n\nCF APMP, CAPM, or PMP.\n\nExperience at major engineering/consulting or clean-energy companies.\n\nWhy RecruitGo?\nRecruitGo seamlessly links world-class business partners with top-tier global talent in emerging markets.
