Reporting directly to the COO, this hybrid role is responsible for ensuring compliance with local labor laws, managing end-to-end payroll, maintaining legal and employment documentation, supporting recruitment and onboarding, administering employee benefits, and driving HR initiatives that foster a positive and compliant workplace. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented HR professional with strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, excellent communication skills in English, and a commitment to operational excellence and employee success.\nResponsibilities\nManage legal documents, permits, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.\n\nOversee end-to-end payroll processing, including statutory deductions and payroll accuracy.\n\nMaintain employee records and HR documentation.\n\nSupport talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and employee training initiatives.\n\nAdminister compensation and benefits programs.\n\nHandle employee relations, HR inquiries, leave administration, and performance management.\n\nAnalyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support business decisions.\n\nDevelop and implement HR policies and contribute to a productive workplace culture.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams, including Sales, to address HR-related matters.\n\nQualifications\nProven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist.\n\nStrong knowledge of Indonesian employment and labor laws.\n\nExperience managing payroll and HR operations.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.\n\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\n\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.\n\nCollaborative, detail-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\n\nWhy RecruitGo?\nRecruitGo seamlessly links world-class business partners with top-tier global talent in emerging markets.
