This role serves as the key technical representative working closely with clients, sales teams, and project managers while guiding engineering and drafting teams.\n\nResponsibilities\nLead and mentor engineering and drafting teams to deliver high-quality technical documentation.\n\nDesign and develop AV and integrated technology solutions during the pre-sales process.\n\nConduct remote client meetings to gather technical requirements and present solutions.\n\nPrepare technical proposals, quotations, tender submissions, and compliance documentation.\n\nProduce and review engineering documents such as system schematics, rack layouts, and installation plans.\n\nSupport project teams during installation and commissioning phases.\n\nEnsure designs align with engineering standards and escalate complex solutions when required.\n\nQualifications\n5+ years of experience in AV engineering (pre-sales and post-sales design).\n\nStrong knowledge of integrated AV systems, structured cabling, and system architecture.\n\nAdvanced experience with AutoCAD, CAD, and Visio.\n\nExperience leading engineering or drafting teams.\n\nStrong communication skills and experience working with clients remotely.\n\nExperience preparing technical proposals and large tender submissions.\n\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with unified communications (UC) environments.\n\nStrong documentation, version control, and project coordination skills.\n\nCommercial awareness in solution design and cost estimation.\n\nOther Details:\nSet-up: Work from home/Remote\nWorking schedule: 8:00 AM - 5PM Melbourne, GMT (M-F)\nSalary: Php 65-70k/Monthly\nWhy RecruitGo?\nRecruitGo seamlessly links world-class business partners with top-tier global talent in emerging markets.
