team of 3 dealers and oversee daily trading operations in the US equity market.\n What you’ll do:\n Lead and coordinate the dealing team and daily dealing operations\nExecute trades and monitor customers’ trading activities\nPerform trade surveillance and resolve trading issues\nWork closely with clients, settlement and front-line teams\nParticipate in UAT for new trading systems and solutions\nSupport ad hoc projects and business initiatives\nWhat we’re looking for:\n 5+ years of relevant experience in securities dealing / brokerage / equity trading\nSolid experience with US and Kazakhstan equity markets\nAFSA approval for dealing\nPrevious team leadership or managerial experience is preferred\nStrong understanding of trading operations and securities markets\nExcellent
