A recent college graduate seeking to learn all aspects of software product management may be an ideal fit.\nAs the RecruitingDash Product Manager, you will work closely with our CTO, founder, and head of software development to manage RecruitingDash's existing software products (ReportingDash and Taleo Inbox) as well as participate in every aspect of the design, development, testing and go to market of new software products which are currently in the earliest stages of product development.\nAlmost all of the skills for this position you will learn on the job by working closely with the founders of RecruitingDash. The incumbent who served in this role for over 9 years was able to learn the necessary skills to be successful through time in this position, and was instrumental in launching our two existing, very successful, SaaS software products. Therefore, we know that this role is a perfect fit for someone who wants to learn new skills, understand on a deep level how software works and is designed, developed, tested and brought to market, and someone who thrives on solving tough problems, being intellectually challenged and working hard.\nOversee and Manage NEW Software Product Development in Collaboration with the RecruitingDash Chief Technology Officer\nThe RecruitingDash Product Manager is responsible for the success of our software products - this is both a strategic and tactical role.
