This includes managing sales, operations, and client relationships to enhance our market presence and achieve business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLeadership and Management:\nLead and manage the branch, including the sales team, workshop, and warehouse.\nDevelop and implement strategic plans to meet the branch's goals and objectives.\nEnsure alignment with company's policies and objectives.\n2. Sales Management:\nDirect and oversee the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.\nConduct regular client visits with sales team members to build and maintain strong relationships.\nMonitor sales forecasts and implement strategies to meet targets.\nFacilitate sales team training and development for skill enhancement.\n3. Operational Oversight:\nCollaborate with the Warehouse Manager to ensure efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.\nWork with the Workshop Supervisor to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency in the workshop.\n4. Client and Relationship Management:\nEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.\nManage key client accounts and develop long-term relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.\n5. Financial Management:\nOversee branch budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.\nMonitor and manage sales collection processes to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding debts.\n6.
