strong sales capability, with a focus on developing relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and channel partners.\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive sales and achieve annual targets within the assigned region\nInfluence project specifications and ensure company products are specified by consultants (Architects, Interior Designers, MEP)\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with:\nConsultants\nContractors\nDevelopers\nSystem integrators and dealers\nGenerate new business opportunities through active pipeline development\nSupport and guide dealers, resellers, and system integrators to successfully convert opportunities\nFollow up on high-value negotiations and complex projects\nParticipate in technical-commercial discussions, including:\nBOQs\nSubmittals\nClient presentations\nIdentify market opportunities and improve sales strategies\nEnsure proper reporting and pipeline tracking\nRequirements\n3-5 years of UAE-based project sales experience\nExperience in one of the following sectors:\nHome/building automation (KNX preferred)\nLow current (ELV), intercom, CCTV\nElectrical solutions or lighting control\nProven ability to influence specifications and work with consultants\nExperience dealing with system integrators, dealers, and contractors\nStrong pipeline generation and sales ownership\nAbility to understand BOQs and technical documentation\nUAE driving license and willingness to be field-based\nNice to Have\nEngineering background (Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics)\nKNX certification or automation exposure\nExisting consultant network in UAE\nExperience in luxury or high-end projects\nIdeal Profile\nStrong communication and presentation skills\nCommercial mindset with technical awareness\nProactive, independent, and results-driven\nAbility to build long-term relationships and influence
