Responsibilities & Position Purpose:\nThe Content Creator will join the Creative Team and work with other designers across the full range of creative digital content projects, working on multiple campaigns which support our organizational goal.\nEssential Functions:\nCreating highly engaging media for multiple channel outputs, including digital and social media.\nDeveloping, producing, executing and editing video and digital content to keep up with fast-paced production schedule, projects will include cinematography, motion graphics, branding, photography, editing, sound design, color grading, directing, storyboarding, studio work, location work, publications and design.\nWork alongside the Creative Team, come up with inspiring, innovative ideas, in line with current trends, ensuring that Independent Restaurants Management and the brands under it, are developed and consistently applied across a range of digital channels.\nCollaborate with internal teams to develop clear briefs for projects, relating to the required design, imagery and production requirements and execute from concept to completion.\nUnderstand how to create content for targeted audiences and evaluate the performance of your output.\nPrioritize tasks and deliver projects on time producing innovative, high-quality aesthetic works, ensuring it is delivered within budget and in-line with internal client expectations.\nExecuting new concepts and developing innovative as well as bold creative ideas in line with current and upcoming trends.\nProactively collaborate across internal teams to deliver high quality creative content according to the brief.\nOther Duties:\nRegular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by the company from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.\nDue to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of
