This role requires hands-on experience in temperature-controlled logistics, strong coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders, and excellent knowledge of all shipping, customs, and regulatory documentation.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1.Logistics Coordination:\nCoordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments (import/export) of frozen and perishable goods.\nManage and track shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and container allocations.\nLiaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, carriers, and transport partners.\nMonitor cold-chain compliance during transit.\nOptimize logistics flows to minimize cost and improve delivery performance.\nTrack ETA/ETD updates and communicate changes to stakeholders.\nManage last-mile distribution within UAE/GCC.\nSupport warehouse operations by coordinating stock arrivals, unloading, and storage.\n2.Documentation & Compliance:\nPrepare, review, and verify all shipping and customs documentation.\nEnsure documentation accuracy and compliance with UAE/GCC regulations.\nCoordinate with authorities for approvals, inspections, and clearance.\nMaintain updated records of shipments and regulatory documents.\nEnsure documents align with frozen food import requirements.\n3.Coordination & Communication:\nAct as the main contact between suppliers, internal teams, logistics partners, and customs agents.\nCoordinate with procurement and sales teams on shipment plans.\nCommunicate shipment status and challenges to management.\nManage claims for damaged or temperature-compromised goods.\nCoordinate between logistics, warehouse, and finance on costs and invoicing.\n4.Reporting & Administration:\nMaintain accurate logs of shipping activities and KPIs.\nPrepare reports on shipment status and logistics performance.\nSupport audits with complete documentation records.\nQualifications & Experience:\n1.Required Experience:\n2 -
