The role requires someone who can engage architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and other project stakeholders from the early design stages and help position the company's solutions within project specifications.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and other key project stakeholders.\n\nIdentify and pursue new project and business development opportunities across the UAE.\n\nEngage with stakeholders during the concept and design/specification stages of projects.\n\nPromote the company's motorized, automated, and smart building solutions and work toward having them incorporated into project specifications.\n\nConduct product presentations, technical meetings, and solution demonstrations for consultants and clients.\n\nUnderstand project requirements and coordinate internally with technical and sales teams to propose appropriate solutions.\n\nReview relevant drawings, specifications, and project documentation and follow projects through the different stages of the sales cycle.\n\nBuild and maintain a strong project pipeline and proactively develop new consultant and client relationships.\n\nFollow market developments, upcoming projects, competitor activity, and industry trends.\n\nSupport the commercial team in converting specified projects into business opportunities.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or\nrelated field.\nApproximately 4-6 years of relevant experience in the UAE or GCC market.\nBackground in business development, project sales, key account\nmanagement, specification, or technical sales.\nExposure to products or solutions related to building automation or other project-based building solutions is preferred.\nGood understanding of how products/brands are specified through architects and consultants.\nStrong commercial mindset\n\nComfortable prospecting for new business and developing relationships rather than relying solely on existing accounts.\nStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.\nAble to understand technical information and communicate it effectively to both technical and commercial
