It is building its commercial team so that each role has one clear job done properly.\n\nThe Role: Customer & Sales Coordinator\n\nThe purpose of this role is to own the customer process from the initial enquiry to the completed job. The main focus is ensuring every enquiry is answered, quotes are followed up, and won orders reach the factory complete, signed, paid, and scheduled for a delivery date that can be met. Over the first 12 months, the role expands to take ownership of repeat and export accounts in stages.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Hold 5+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or sales coordination.\n\n Respond to enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person within 4 working hours.\n\n Prepare accurate quotes for standard tents from a price list and costing templates, and prepare custom quotes with the Designer.\n\n Keep the quote register current and follow up on every open quote until won or closed.\n\n Confirm orders, secure signed drawings and deposits, and hand complete jobs to production.\n\n Confirm lead times with operations, confirm site details for installations, and log and quote repair requests.\n\n Handle complaints through to resolution, follow up after every completed job, and deliver a short weekly pipeline report.\n\n Prepare quotes from drawings or dimensions and deal with international clients in EUR or GBP.\n\nDesired Experience & Qualification\n\nAbout You\n\n 5+ years in customer service, sales support, or sales coordination.\n\n Experience preparing quotes from price lists or costing templates.\n\n Experience with a CRM, job register, or similar tracking system.\n\n Confidence with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets.\n\n Matric and a valid driver's licence.\n\n Strong organisation, accuracy, and follow-through.\n\n Warm, professional communication, and firmness on deposits, drawings, and lead times.\n\n Experience in manufacturing, events, or a project-based business (advantageous).\n\n Experience quoting from drawings or dimensions (advantageous).\n\n Experience dealing with international clients in EUR or GBP (advantageous).\n\n Ability to speak a second South African or European language
