early in their career and interested in building hands-on experience in talent acquisition.\nYou’ll support sourcing, candidate engagement, recruitment pipeline management, interview coordination, and recruiting operations while working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.\nThis role is well suited to a recent graduate who is organized, proactive, comfortable working independently, and eager to develop practical recruiting expertise.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSource, identify, and engage qualified candidates across multiple roles.\n\nBuild and maintain active recruitment pipelines using digital sourcing platforms and modern recruiting techniques.\n\nManage multiple requisitions while maintaining an organized and timely candidate experience.\n\nCommunicate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment updates.\n\nCoordinate interviews and help gather and organize candidate feedback.\n\nSupport hiring teams throughout the decision-making process.\n\nTrack recruitment activity and maintain accurate candidate and pipeline records.\n\nMonitor recruiting metrics and contribute to improvements in recruitment processes.\n\nSupport employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.\n\nAdapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree from a U.S. university, preferably completed within the last 1-2 years.\n\nDemonstrated experience or strong interest in recruitment and candidate sourcing.\n\nExcellent self-management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.\n\nFamiliarity with recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and social media channels.\n\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.\n\nEffective prioritization and follow-through.\n\nEnergetic, persistent, and willing to take on new challenges.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\n\nRelevant Experience\nExperience in the following areas is relevant:\nRecruitment\n\nTalent acquisition\n\nCandidate sourcing\n\nRecruiting coordination\n\nHR\n\nEmployer branding\n\nCandidate engagement\n\nApplicant tracking systems\n\nRecruitment operations\n\nTalent pipeline management\n\nAn internship or previous experience in recruiting or HR is helpful but not required.\nStartup or high-growth company experience and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement are also beneficial.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nSuccess in this role means consistently maintaining an organized candidate pipeline, supporting timely recruitment activity, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and helping create a positive candidate experience.\nYou’ll be expected to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, follow through on assigned work, and progressively take greater ownership of recruiting activities.\nCompensation & Engagement\nAnnual compensation equivalent: $57,600, calculated at 40 hours per week across 48 workable weeks per year.\n\nHourly rate: $30/hour.\n\nFull-time engagement.\n\nFully remote.\n\nU.S. candidates
