Actual earnings depend on hours worked, project availability, and approved work.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking experienced Chief Engineers and Senior Mechanical Engineers to contribute to an AI training project focused on complex, real-world engineering workflows.\nIn this role, you will apply your experience leading multidisciplinary engineering projects to design realistic engineering tasks, coordinate contributions from domain experts, and establish clear technical objectives and evaluation criteria. Your expertise will help improve how AI systems approach mechanical design, engineering analysis, and technical project execution.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign realistic engineering projects involving mechanical design, engineering analysis, manufacturing, and testing, incorporating contributions from relevant technical disciplines.\n\nTranslate project objectives into clear design requirements, operating constraints, and measurable acceptance criteria.\n\nDecompose complex engineering problems into connected tasks with defined inputs, deliverables, dependencies, and expert responsibilities.\n\nEstablish technical objectives and evaluation criteria for engineering workflows.\n\nCoordinate multidisciplinary contributions to ensure project tasks are technically coherent and aligned with defined requirements.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nSubstantial professional experience as a Chief Engineer, Senior Mechanical Engineer, or in a comparable technical leadership role.\n\nProven experience leading complex engineering projects involving multiple technical disciplines.\n\nStrong expertise in mechanical design and engineering analysis.\n\nExperience with design for manufacture and assembly (DFMA).\n\nTechnical verification experience, including testing and root-cause analysis.\n\nEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nA relevant master’s degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.\n\nExperience with CAD, finite element analysis (FEA), or other relevant engineering simulation tools.\n\nExperience leading projects from initial concept through detailed design, manufacturing, testing, and delivery.\n\nExperience in aerospace, automotive, robotics, industrial equipment,
