The role itself is part-time and task-based.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for experienced Contract Attorneys with strong technology transactions experience to evaluate and contribute to contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining workflows.\nYou’ll apply practical legal judgment to simulated contract scenarios, assess AI-generated responses, and provide structured feedback on contract interpretation, risk identification, and negotiation quality. No prior AI experience is required.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPerform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.\n\nDraft, review, negotiate, and redline technology-related agreements.\n\nReview and assess AI responses to contract scenarios for legal accuracy, risk identification, and practical judgment.\n\nProvide detailed feedback to improve the quality and precision of contract analysis.\n\nCreate objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for contract-related tasks.\n\nCollaborate with research and product teams to refine evaluation guidelines, data, and best practices.\n\nApply consistent legal reasoning across a range of contract scenarios.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nAt least 3 years of in-house legal experience focused on technology transactions.\n\nSignificant experience negotiating and reviewing MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.\n\nStrong contract drafting, redlining, and negotiation skills.\n\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.\n\nStrong analytical ability and capacity to translate legal judgment into clear, actionable feedback.\n\nExperience working effectively with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.\n\nDemonstrated interest in the intersection of law and technology.\n\nPreferred Experience\nPrior exposure to AI, legal technology, legal training, or model evaluation.\n\nExperience at a corporate law firm in M&A or private equity fund formation.\n\nExperience developing legal review frameworks, training materials, or structured evaluation criteria.\n\nEngagement & Compensation\nPart-time contractor engagement.\n\nRemote work.\n\nHourly rate: $85-$105/hr.\n\nAnnual compensation equivalent: $163,200-$201,600 based on 40 hours
