This is a contractor engagement, so actual earnings depend on hours worked and available project tasks.\nAbout the Role\nThis role is for analytics and digital marketing professionals with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, preferably GA4, to analyze website performance and translate data into actionable insights.\nYou will complete realistic analytics workflows, explore reports and performance data, document the steps taken, and create structured prompts and evaluation rubrics based on practical Google Analytics use cases. Your expertise will contribute to the development and evaluation of AI systems working with analytics workflows.\nNo prior AI experience is required.\nWhat You’ll Do\nComplete assigned workflows and tasks within Google Analytics using practical analytics experience.\n\nNavigate reports covering users, traffic, events, conversions, engagement, and other performance metrics.\n\nAnalyze website and audience data to identify trends, patterns, and performance insights.\n\nComplete workflows involving traffic analysis, audience insights, reporting, and performance measurement.\n\nCreate, review, and explore analytics reports based on provided instructions.\n\nRecord your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken.\n\nCreate realistic prompts and detailed evaluation rubrics based on completed workflows.\n\nDocument workflow steps and explain the Google Analytics tools, features, and actions used.\n\nReview task outputs for accuracy and alignment with project requirements.\n\nWork independently while following defined quality and documentation standards.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong hands-on experience using Google Analytics, preferably GA4.\n\nPractical understanding of web analytics, traffic analysis, events, conversions, users, and engagement metrics.\n\nExperience interpreting analytics data and producing meaningful reports.\n\nFamiliarity with digital marketing analytics and performance measurement.\n\nAbility to clearly document and explain analytics workflows.\n\nStrong attention to detail and analytical thinking.\n\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment.\n\nCurrent access to Google Analytics and ability to use the platform independently.\n\nComfortable recording and sharing your screen while completing assigned workflows.\n\nPreferred Experience\nPrevious experience with data annotation, data labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or similar work.\n\nDigital marketing or performance marketing analytics.\n\nExperience developing reports, dashboards, or analytics workflows.\n\nFamiliarity with broader Google marketing and analytics tools.\n\nExperience creating prompts, evaluation criteria, or workflow documentation.\n\nEngagement & Compensation\nRemote contractor engagement.\n\nHourly rate: $30-$100/hr.\n\nAnnual compensation
