Actual earnings depend on the amount of work undertaken.\nAbout the Role\nWe’re looking for experienced Human Resources professionals to create and evaluate realistic HR management scenarios used to train and assess AI systems.\nYou’ll apply practical HR judgment to challenges involving recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, compliance, onboarding, and talent management. The work involves creating realistic questions and case studies, reviewing AI-generated responses, and providing detailed feedback on their accuracy and alignment with established HR practices.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop realistic HR questions, case studies, and management scenarios that test practical HR judgment.\n\nCreate challenges covering areas such as:\nRecruitment and talent acquisition\n\nInterviewing and selection\n\nPerformance management\n\nEmployee relations and conflict resolution\n\nCompensation planning\n\nEmployment law and compliance\n\nEmployee onboarding\n\nTalent management\n\nEvaluate AI-generated HR responses for accuracy, practicality, and alignment with HR best practices.\n\nReview responses for appropriate application of HR principles and employment regulations.\n\nProvide detailed written feedback explaining errors, gaps, and areas for improvement.\n\nHelp calibrate the difficulty and quality of HR evaluation content.\n\nCollaborate with HR and technical specialists to refine scenarios and evaluation criteria.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n\nProven professional experience in Human Resources.\n\nStrong understanding of multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and compliance.\n\nStrong analytical and critical-thinking skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication.\n\nStrong attention to detail.\n\nAbility to apply practical HR judgment to complex workplace scenarios.\n\nPreferred Experience\nSeveral years of professional HR experience across multiple functions.\n\nExperience in areas such as:\nTalent acquisition\n\nPerformance management\n\nBenefits administration\n\nHRIS\n\nEmployee relations\n\nCompensation\n\nExperience developing HR training programs or organizational learning content.\n\nExperience with HR policy development.\n\nExperience with HR technology initiatives.\n\nPHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.\n\nFamiliarity with AI or technology-driven HR applications.\n\nEngagement & Compensation\nFully remote\n\nIndependent contractor engagement\n\nFlexible, asynchronous work\n\nHourly compensation of $50/hr\n\nWork can be completed around your existing schedule\n\nThe annual compensation figure is a full-time equivalent based on 40 hours per week and 48 workable weeks per year.
