potential defects.\n\nAssess whether generated solutions follow sound software engineering principles.\n\nIdentify weaknesses in code structure, algorithms, and implementation choices.\n\nEngineering Problem Development\nCreate challenging coding problems that test practical software engineering skills.\n\nDevelop reference solutions demonstrating correct and effective implementations.\n\nWrite test cases to verify functional correctness and identify edge cases.\n\nEnsure problems and expected solutions provide reliable assessments of coding ability.\n\nArchitecture & Technical Reasoning\nEvaluate AI-generated reasoning about software architecture and system design.\n\nReview approaches to debugging, problem decomposition, and technical decision-making.\n\nAssess the suitability of proposed solutions for the engineering problems presented.\n\nIdentify gaps in reasoning and explain how solutions could be improved.\n\nTechnical Feedback & Documentation\nProvide detailed feedback on code quality, correctness, design, and reasoning.\n\nClearly document technical issues and explain relevant engineering decisions.\n\nHelp improve AI performance on practical software development tasks through structured evaluations.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nAt least one year of professional software engineering experience at a leading technology company.\n\nAt least part of that experience must fall within the past three years.\n\nStrong software engineering fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures.\n\nUnderstanding of software architecture, system design, debugging, and code review.\n\nAbility to evaluate code for correctness, quality, and design.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to explain technical decisions clearly
