to identify, engage, and move high-quality candidates through the recruitment process.\nYou’ll build and maintain talent pipelines, manage recruitment from initial outreach through offer acceptance, and work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver strong candidate outcomes.\nThe role is suited to someone who can work independently in a fast-paced startup environment, manage multiple priorities, and use recruitment data to continuously improve sourcing and hiring strategies.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSource, identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels.\n\nBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with hiring requirements.\n\nManage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate outreach through offer acceptance.\n\nSource and engage passive candidates through professional networks, platforms, and other recruitment channels.\n\nPartner with hiring managers, stakeholders, and team leads to understand evolving recruitment needs.\n\nMaintain candidate quality and strong stakeholder communication throughout the hiring process.\n\nUse recruitment data and metrics to evaluate and improve sourcing strategies.\n\nConduct proactive talent market mapping and competitor benchmarking.\n\nManage multiple requisitions and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nMaintain a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.\n\nRepresent organizational values and culture consistently when engaging with candidates.\n\nWork independently while maintaining recruitment activity, pipeline progress, and deliverables.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2-3 years of demonstrated recruitment or headhunting experience.\n\nExperience sourcing passive candidates through multiple platforms, networks, and recruitment channels.\n\nStrong recruitment pipeline management skills.\n\nAbility to assess candidate quality and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nExcellent self-management and the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.\n\nAbility to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, changing startup environment.\n\nSolid understanding of the U.S. employment market and current talent trends.\n\nRelevant Experience\nExperience in high-growth technology startups and familiarity with modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.\nA U.S.-based professional network and established local talent connections are also beneficial.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nSuccess in this role means consistently building qualified talent pipelines, engaging strong candidates, and moving searches efficiently from sourcing through offer acceptance.\nYou’ll be expected to balance candidate quality, stakeholder requirements, recruitment speed, and a strong candidate experience while adapting to changing hiring priorities.\nCompensation & Engagement\nAnnual compensation equivalent: $96,000, calculated at 40 hours per week across 48 workable weeks per year.\n\nHourly rate: $50/hour.\n\nFull-time
