specified working schedule, including Saturdays.\nResponsibilities\nManage full-cycle recruiting and staffing activities from sourcing through candidate placement.\n\nIdentify, assess, and engage qualified candidates for client requirements.\n\nWork directly with clients and hiring stakeholders to understand recruitment needs.\n\nMaintain effective communication with candidates, clients, and internal teams throughout the hiring process.\n\nProvide a professional candidate and client experience.\n\nManage multiple recruiting priorities while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.\n\nWork independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining consistent availability and communication.\n\nRequirements\nMust be 18 years of age or older.\n\nMust be based in Brazil, Uruguay, India, or the Philippines.\n\nNative, bilingual, professional, or full professional proficiency in English.\n\n3+ years of experience in full-cycle staffing, recruiting, or talent consulting.\n\nAt least 1 year of direct client-facing or account management experience.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage recruitment processes independently.\n\nStrong communication and relationship-management skills.\n\nReliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.\n\nFull availability and commitment to the required working schedule.\n\nWorking Hours\nMonday-Friday: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM PST\nSaturday: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM PST\nThe successful candidate must be available for the complete schedule and able to consistently work during these commit to a full-time remote schedule and work directly with clients in an international recruiting environment.\nCompensation\nCompensation ranges from $600 to $1,000 per successful candidate
