You will apply your judgment to real-world business datasets, evaluate AI-generated analytical outputs, and help establish standards for accurate, reliable, and high-quality AI-driven data analysis.\nExperience working with personally identifiable information (PII) and sensitive business data is particularly valuable.\nKey Responsibilities\nReview datasets for personally identifiable information (PII) and identify sensitive information.\n\nApply appropriate data privacy and handling practices when reviewing sensitive datasets.\n\nEvaluate AI-generated responses to business and data analysis scenarios.\n\nProvide expert feedback to improve the accuracy, precision, and reliability of AI-generated analysis.\n\nApply data quality assurance practices to validate datasets and analytical outputs.\n\nIdentify inconsistencies, errors, and potential data quality issues.\n\nVerify the correctness of analytical results.\n\nDevelop objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for assessing AI performance on analytical tasks.\n\nCollaborate with product and research teams to refine datasets, analytical guidelines, and best practices.\n\nApply strong attention to detail when reviewing business data and AI-generated outputs.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n\n3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a closely related analytical role.\n\nStrong experience working with large business datasets.\n\nHands-on experience with data quality assurance, including data validation, reconciliation, and verification of analytical outputs.\n\nDemonstrated ability to analyze and interpret large and complex business datasets.\n\nExperience handling data containing personally identifiable information (PII) and other sensitive material.\n\nStrong analytical reasoning and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to objectively assess data quality and analytical accuracy.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nStrong familiarity with PII handling, data privacy, and sensitive-data management practices.\n\nProficiency with SQL and Excel.\n\nExperience using business intelligence or data visualization tools.\n\nAdvanced degree or professional certification in business analysis, data analytics, statistics, or a related
