We are seeking experienced Software Developers to contribute to a customer project focused on building robust, scalable software solutions.
You will apply your software development expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world technical input. No prior AI experience is required - your software development expertise is what matters.
The role is particularly suited to professionals with strong foundations in programming, data structures, algorithms, Git, and debugging, along with a track record of delivering impactful software solutions.
What You'll Do
Develop, review, and refine code samples and modules based on project requirements.
Analyze and evaluate coding solutions for efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
Provide feedback and insights on data structures, algorithms, and debugging strategies.
Use Git for version control and collaborative code management.
Document technical approaches and code logic clearly.
Participate in asynchronous written and verbal discussions to clarify deliverables and support iterative improvement.
Identify and resolve technical issues or inconsistencies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
5+ years of professional software development experience.
Based in the United States.
Strong understanding of core programming concepts and proficiency in at least one major programming language.
Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and debugging methodologies.
Proven experience using Git for collaborative software projects.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and responsiveness.
Experience contributing to projects requiring clear documentation and peer review.
Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
Contract Details
Work arrangement: Fully remote.
Engagement: Independent contractor.
Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on project requirements and performance.
