SUMMARY: A well-established engineering and manufacturing company based in Pretoria- North, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join its their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical engineering foundation, proven experience in mechanical design, and proficiency in SolidWorks. Experience working with precision-machined components, manufacturing processes, or mining and drilling equipment will be highly advantageous. This role is suited to a technically minded individual who can translate engineering requirements into practical, manufacturable designs while ensuring accuracy, quality, and functionality. Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent recognised mechanical engineering qualification. Minimum of 3 years' experience in mechanical design engineering. Proven proficiency in SolidWorks, including 3D modelling and 2D engineering drawings. Experience with mechanical component design and detailed technical drawings.
