You’ll do both manual and automated testing to make sure the engineering software works properly, is reliable and is of good quality before release. You’ll write automated tests in Playwright and put strong C, Golang and Python skills to work every day.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nKey responsibilities\n\nDevelop and run manual test cases based on software requirements\n\nDo functional, regression, integration and exploratory testing\n\nIdentify, document and verify software defects\n\nDesign, develop and maintain automated tests using Playwright\n\nConvert suitable manual tests into automated regression tests\n\nAnalyse test failures and help find root causes\n\nDevelop test utilities and scripts in C and other relevant languages\n\nReview requirements and contribute to test planning and coverage\n\nWork closely with the Software Development, Engineering and Quality teams\n\nKeep test documentation up to date and give feedback on software quality\n\nFind ways to make testing more efficient through automation\n\nMinimum requirements\n\nDegree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field\n\n1–3 years’ experience in software testing, test development or automation\n\nPractical experience with manual software testing\n\nSome knowledge of Playwright or a similar automation framework\n\nStrong C programming skills\n\nSome knowledge of Golang (Python is advantageous)\n\nExperience with software debugging and troubleshooting\n\nKnowledge of Git/version control\n\nUnderstanding of the software development and testing lifecycles\n\nPersonal attributes\n\nStrong analytical and logical thinking\n\nAttention to detail and a commitment to quality\n\nGood verbal and written communication\n\nStrong interpersonal and teamwork skills\n\nSelf-motivated and keen to learn and grow\n\nAble to manage tasks and meet
