They are comfortable navigating competing priorities and ensuring a seamless learning experience from planning through execution.\nWhat is in it for you:\nHourly salary of $30/h\nHourly salary for Incorporated: $35/h\n12-month contract.\nDay schedule, 37.50 hours per week.\nHybrid work in a dynamic environment with 3 days in the office\nResponsibilities:\nManaging multiple programs through coordination and logistics for a seamless participants end-to-end journey\nSending out invitations, registration, reminders using LMS, , and Outlook\nManager all Learning & Development Service Now inquiries and response\nRescheduling participants when required and providing updated instructions\nMaintain a training calendar to prevent overlap of sessions and scheduling coverage is organized\nAdminister all psychometric assessments to participants\nTracking progress and reporting outcomes on a weekly basis\nReviewing and update communication to ensure market specific updates have been made.\nDeliver all sessions in a cost-effective manner\nIn person session set up and post session wrap up coordination\nSend out learning surveys, psychometrics, data and reporting\nAttend regular project team meetings and provide regular status updates on activities, identifying any issues or challenges.\nAttend global logistic meetings, team meetings and daily huddles, for all updates and alignment to programs to make necessary updates.\nLeverage relationships with key functions to support session delivery both Canada and the UK partners.\nCollaborate with external vendors (Food, hotel, transportation) and work alongside procured suppliers to deliver the event \nWhat you will need to succeed:\nProactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional learning experiences\nConfident communicator who can professionally engage with leaders, executives, vendors and stakeholders at all levels\nDemonstrate sound judgement and can make decisions independently while escalating risks when appropriate\nThe ability to react quickly and be flexible to changing demands\nExperience coordinating executive or leadership development programs\nAdvance knowledge in Excel\nProficient in LMS, SharePoint, and digital communication tools\nStrong time management and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task, and managing several programs at a time\nPost secondary education in or equivalent experience in adult learning, event management, marketing, communications, learning and development\nMinimum 3+ years coordinating complex programs, learning initiatives, or projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities\nWhy Recruit Action?\nRecruit Action (agency permit: AP-2504511) provides recruitment services through quality support and a personalized approach.
