Key technologies include Databricks Unity Catalog, Microsoft Azure, Informatica IDMC, and Power BI.\nWhat is in it for you:\nSalaried: $57-67 per hour.\nIncorporated Business Rate: $68-78 per hour.\n12-month contract with possibility of extension\nFull-time position: 37.50 hours per week 9 am to 5 pm\nHybrid work, with 3 days per week in the office.\nResponsibilities:\nManage Data Governance roadmap and delivery initiatives.\nGather and document business requirements.\nCreate and prioritize epics, features, and user stories.\nLead agile ceremonies and coordinate delivery teams.\nEngage stakeholders across business and technology groups.\nMonitor project risks, dependencies, and progress.\nDevelop executive presentations, status reports, and business cases.\nDrive governance adoption, training, and change management activities.\nTrack KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization.\nWhat you will need to succeed:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.\n8+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Management, Data Governance, Data & Analytics, or Enterprise Technology delivery.\nStrong Program/Product Management experience with Agile delivery methodologies. Business acumen should be there.\nData Governance expertise, including metadata management, data quality, lineage, data access, governance controls, and regulatory compliance.\nExperience working with enterprise data platforms and technologies such as Databricks Unity Catalog, Microsoft Azure, Informatica IDMC, Power BI, JIRA, and related analytics tools.\nExceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.\nStrong executive communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.\nStrategic thinking, problem-solving, and organizational leadership capabilities.\nFinancial services or regulated industry experience - nice to have\nExperience developing governance operating models and business cases - nice to have\nCertifications in Agile, Scrum, PMP, Data Governance, Cloud Technologies, or Product Management - nice to have\nWhy Recruit Action?
