This is your chance to help build the future of Rec from the ground up-sales strategy, market presence, and customer relationships.\nAs one of our earliest Account Executives, you’ll own major city markets, craft the playbook, and move fast to scale our impact nationwide.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn and grow our national pipeline of city partnerships\n\nLead with empathy and insight, building real relationships with Parks & Rec leaders who want solutions, not just pitches.\n\nShape our go-to-market strategy: design and iterate outbound campaigns, messaging, and the sales process.\n\nBuild Rec’s brand in the municipal space by spotting creative opportunities for awareness and growth.\n\nHelp build the Sales team-your learnings will directly influence hiring, training, and scaling.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years crushing it in B2B enterprise SaaS sales.
