Identify any risk within the department and report these to your manager\nEnsure a proper filing system of all required documentation for auditing purposes\nBuild and maintain highly professional relationships with co-workers and suppliers\nComply with business policies and procedures\nStock Takes\nEnsure stock takes are performed\nMaintain an accurate record of all active warehouses to ensure monthly counts are performed\nKeep filing system of all approved and signed off stock counts\nTransfer stock to branches, warehouses, and mobile vans\nProcessing of warehouse transactions\nInternational Invoices preparation\nEnsure sign off on all relevant invoices prior to hand in to Finance for payment\nComply with business system policies and procedures and ensure that such are enforced and adhered to\nAd-hoc\nEnsure compliance with company policy and procedure.\nProvide additional support to the team as required.\nDesired Experience & Qualification\nExperience:\n2 years’ Experience in maintenance or inventory environment as data capturer or administrator (Procurement)\n2 years’ Experience in administrative tasks and implementation of auditable filing systems\n2 years’ Experience in a parts store\n2 years’ Experience in dealing with suppliers\nKnowledge of Pastel evolution will be advantageous\nGeneral Mechanical and electrical knowledge\nMust have knowledge of:\nMS Office Excel and Word\nStock processing/administering knowledge\nGood knowledge of Stock taking procedures and principles\nSkills:\nAcceptable English verbal, reading and written skills\nStrong administration and coordination skills\nFast learner of processes, procedures, and systems\nStrong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within the company\nKnowledge sharing abilities\nAbove average attention to
