Working alongside Program Managers, engineers, and functional leads, you will develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), support Earned Value Management System (EVMS) activities, and help ensure program execution aligns with cost, schedule, and technical objectives.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nDevelop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) supporting engineering development and production activities.\n\nCoordinate schedule updates across engineering, systems, software, testing, manufacturing, and program management organizations.\n\nEnsure schedule logic, dependencies, milestones, and progress accurately reflect program execution.\n\nSupport implementation of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes and maintain schedule data supporting program performance measurement.\n\nAssist in developing and maintaining Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in accordance with MIL-STD-881.\n\nSupport schedule integration with Control Accounts, organizational planning, and program baselines.\n\nPerform schedule risk assessments, critical path analysis, and \"what-if\" planning to identify execution risks and opportunities.\n\nPrepare schedule metrics and program performance information for internal leadership, customer reviews, and Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) deliverables.\n\nMaintain schedule configuration control and documentation supporting baseline change management.\n\nSupport compliance with company quality procedures, customer requirements, and applicable DoD program management standards.\n\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nAssociate degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.\n\nMinimum of 1-3 years of experience supporting program planning, project controls, scheduling, or program management.\n\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling software.\n\nUnderstanding Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) principles.\n\nWorking knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles.\n\nAbility to interpret technical information and translate it into executable program schedules.\n\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.\n\nU.S. Citizenship required.\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE\nExperience supporting DoD acquisition or defense contracts.\n\nFamiliarity with DI-MGMT-81861 Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) requirements.\n\nFamiliarity with ANSI/EIA-748-C Earned Value Management System Guidelines.\n\nExperience supporting ANSI/EIA-748 compliant EVMS implementations.\n\nFamiliarity with Control Accounts, Organizational Breakdown Structures (OBS), and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs).\n\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar engineering collaboration tools.\n\nFamiliarity with DCMA 14-Point Schedule Assessment metrics.\n\nUnderstanding of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development in accordance with MIL-STD-881.\n\nCOMPENSATION\nEstimated Base Salary Range: $60,000-$85,000\nFull-Time Employee Benefits\nHealthcare, Dental, and Vision (100% coverage for Employees)\n\nPaid time off, including vacation, sick, paid holidays, and parental leave\n\nShort and Long-Term Disability\n\nFlexible Spending Account (FSA)\n\n401(k) Retirement Plan\n\nVoluntary Worksite Benefits (Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity)\n\nMay be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance, subject to plan terms.\n\nNote\nRed 6 reserves the right to change its current benefits program at any time, in a manner that is consistent with applicable federal and state regulations.\nThis job description is not a contract and confers no contractual rights, privileges, or benefits on any applicant or potential applicant.
