This role suits someone who is familiar with running production workloads on AWS and owns24x7 availability across the portfolio, in our cloud and inside customer data centres, and you build the team that sustains it.\nWhat you will be working on:\nOwn 24x7 availability of our AWS production workloads running WebOrion® and theTraceCtrl platform\nLead the team to plan for and execute quarterly maintenance including deploying patches, software updates and feature releases\nOwn the technical support escalation queue for enterprise accounts, and handle deployments, upgrades and trouble shooting yourself when it matters\nWork with the product and research engineers so new releases arrive with the observability and the run books to operate them\nLead the team to design, code and implement minor features and devops tools to ensure the monitoring of our systems\nProvide resource planning and mentoring for younger engineers and technical interns\nMonitor, propose and optimization AWS public cloud spend on a regular basis\nProvide assistance to Enterprise customers who need to onboard to our SaaS platforms\nWork with Security Team to ensure compliance to ISO27001 and other relevant standards\nReport uptime, SLA and incident reports to management team on regular basis\nWhat we are looking for:\nBachelor'sDegree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent\n5 to 8 years in AWS, DevOps, SRE or infrastructure\nAble to do coding in Python and Javascript\nDeep hands-on Linux, AWS.
