You’ll be involved in both project-based work and the daily operations of mission-critical systems, with opportunities to grow into advanced roles across networking, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\n Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and firewall systems\n\n Configure and deploy network appliances, routers, switches, and load balancers (e.g. Cisco, Fortinet)\n\n Conduct vulnerability assessments and support remediation across network layers\n\n Troubleshoot network performance issues and ensure minimal downtime\n\n Work closely with clients and teams to generate system specs and present architecture solutions\n\n Plan, execute, and monitor IT infrastructure setup and upgrades (on-prem and virtualised)\n\n Manage and maintain Windows, Unix/Linux servers, virtual machines, and databases (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle)\n\n Perform routine preventive maintenance and respond promptly to system alerts and issues\n\n Support operational systems to meet SLA requirements\n\n Participate in change management, disaster recovery, and patch management processes\n\nWhat You Should Know or Be Eager to Learn\nPreferred Technical Skills (not mandatory)\n\n CCNA certification is required;
