are looking for an experienced Professional Services Consultant with a strong background in IT infrastructure, networking, and network security. \nThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering professional services engagements for enterprise customers, including the design, implementation, integration, migration, optimisation, and troubleshooting of network security solutions across complex on-premises and cloud environments. \nThis is a customer-facing role that requires strong technical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage technical engagements from planning through implementation. \nKey responsibilities include: \nDeliver professional services engagements for enterprise customers in accordance with established technical and service delivery standards. \nProvide technical consultancy and recommendations on network and security solutions. \nImplement, integrate, migrate, upgrade, and optimise enterprise-grade network security solutions within complex network environments. \nSupport key enterprise accounts and provide technical account management where required. \nDevelop Methods of Procedure (MOP), Low-Level Designs (LLD) and other technical documentation based on customer requirements. \nDevelop test plans and conduct testing of new features, configurations, and solutions prior to production deployment. \nTroubleshoot complex network and security-related issues and provide appropriate resolutions. \nConduct technical workshops and product training for customers where required. \nWork closely with internal Sales, Engineering, Support and Product teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. \nMaintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout all engagements. \nQualifications & Experience: \n5–8+ years of experience in IP-based networks, network design, network security, or related professional services roles. \nStrong understanding of networking technologies including routing, switching and load balancing. \nStrong knowledge of network security technologies including firewalls, VPN, IPS, Anti-Virus and Application Control. \nStrong understanding of TCP/IP, network protocols and cybersecurity concepts. \nHands-on experience implementing, migrating, upgrading and optimising enterprise-grade firewall and network security platforms. \nExperience working with complex enterprise network environments and centralised security management platforms. \nExperience with Windows and Linux operating systems. \nGood Linux command-line knowledge would be advantageous. \nExperience with virtualised security environments, multi-domain security management and scalable security platforms would be advantageous. \nRelevant networking or cybersecurity certifications are preferred. \nExperience with scripting and automation tools such as Ansible would be advantageous. \nExperience with cloud security and endpoint security solutions would be an advantage. \nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills. \nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. \nStrong customer-facing and post-sales consulting
