you're ready to own delivery from contract to go-live, this is your chance to shine!\nWhat you will be working on:\nOwn end-to-end delivery of enterprise and public-sector engagements, including both cloud and on-premise deployments\nAct as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers on delivery timelines, technical scoping and contract commitments\nTranslate contractual and customer requirements into delivery plans, working closely withEngineering and DevOps to keep milestones on track\nManage escalations and risk on enterprise accounts, resolving blockers before they become delays\nPartner with our technical architect on technical scoping and solution design for on-premise and customized deployments\nCoordinate onsite and on-premise installation, configuration and go-live activities for enterprise customers\nBuild repeatable delivery playbooks so future enterprise engagements onboard faster\nSupport Sales and Product during pre-sales technical scoping for new enterprise opportunities\nManage contract deliverables and change requests in coordination with Finance and Legal\nTrack delivery KPIs — milestone adherence, customer satisfaction, contract SLAs — and report to founding leadership\nWhat we are looking for:\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent\nAt least 5 years of experience in technical project/program delivery, professional services or customer-facing engineering roles\nStrong understanding of contract management, SLAs and delivery governance\nPMP or Agile Certified will be a plus\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to manage senior customer and internal stakeholders under pressure\nExperience in cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML or enterprise software is a strong
