This role requires deep expertise in Linux system administration, virtualization, automation, and security compliance, along with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, mission-critical setting.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister, maintain, and optimize Linux-based systems (RHEL/CentOS) in a secure enterprise environment\nSupport mission-critical infrastructure with a focus on availability, performance, and security\nCreate, configure, and manage VMware virtual machines\nInstall, configure, and maintain JBoss application environments\nImplement automation solutions using Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools\nPerform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis\nSupport security compliance initiatives and system hardening efforts\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams across storage, networking, and security domains\nProvide support for 24x7 operations, including on-call and after-hours response\nRequired Qualifications\n10+ years of experience as a Linux System Administrator/Engineer\nActive TS/SCI with Polygraph.\nStrong expertise with Linux (RHEL/CentOS) environments\nExperience with VMware VM creation, configuration, and operations\n Security+ Certification (required)\nExperience supporting IC (Intelligence Community) mission environments\nHighly Desired Qualifications\nActive or recent SYS3 Privileged Access\nExtensive experience with JBoss installation, configuration, and administration\nHands-on experience with automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform\nStorage systems and administration\nNetworking fundamentals and infrastructure support\nSecurity compliance and auditing\nAuthentication systems\nScripting with Shell and/or Python\nPhysical server administration\nExperience with Oracle Database and potential DBA exposure\nFamiliarity with JSON (JavaScript Object Notation)\nSalary range for this position: $151,000 - $170,000 #CJ\nThe Red Arch Solutions pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
