Our System Administrator will manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.\nRequired Skills:\nExperience with Windows and Linux systems\nExperience using command line in Linux or Powershell\nKnowledge of use in: Trellix, Active Directory, Splunk, Putty\nResponsibilities:\nProvide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.\nProvide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems. \nManage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems. \nProvide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems. \nProvide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems. \nProvide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. \nBasic Qualifications:\nActive TS/SCI with polygraph.\n\nFive (5) years’ experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.\n\n5 years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.\nSalary range for this position: $140,000-155,000 #CJ\n\nThe Red Arch Solutions pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
