You are comfortable\nworking closely with Product and Technology teams to build the thing right, iterating fast and often.\nKey responsibilities \nDiscipline expertise:\nAuditing existing user experience\nPrototyping at various levels of fidelity - from paper to hi-fi click-throughs\nDesign the user experience from discovery through to delivery\nConducting user research and user testing early, often and throughout delivery\nDesigning and facilitating workshops and design sprints\nCollaborative leader\nCoaching your team and your clients on Design Thinking, Lean, and Human-Centred Design\nWorking with Product Directors for sales activities\nConsulting product stakeholders with backlog prioritisation\nClient influencer\nCommunicate your designs and decisions with a broad range of stakeholders\nAligning a broad range of stakeholders on the product strategy and desired outcomes\nAdvocating and introducing user-centred processes to your clients\nBecome a trusted advisor to your clients by collaborating with them to deliver business and user value\nBuild Red Badger’s product capability\nSupport and mentor user experience designer and motivate them to develop\nProactively share knowledge with the rest of the team and elevate the UX and\nProduct discipline within Red Badger\nSupport the development of Red Badgers product approach and strategy\nWrite and speak publicly about our design work and practice your experience\nIt’d be great if you,\nHave experience of working in lean/agile environments\nHave in-depth knowledge of Human-Centred Design and Design Thinking\nAdvised engineers, insights and QA on UX practices as part of a cross-functional team\nWorked with clients, presenting design concepts and running workshops\nCan lead UX activities on a project\nHave working knowledge of industry-standard tools, such as Sketch/Figma, plus aptitude to learn and introduce new tools and methodologies\nHave experience designing mobile-first responsive sites & mobile native apps\nCan plan and run user testing at various levels of fidelity - from guerilla user testing to lab testing\nAre able to work closely as part of a cross-functional team as the sole UX Designer\nOptionally, it’d be amazing if you also\nCan leverage your understanding of front-end development to inform your design decisions\nApply product management principles to support the design and delivery of digital products\nApply Service Design methodologies surface insights, design and test experiences to inform the development of digital products\nInfluence Product Strategy to develop, build and test new business opportunities\nLeverage emerging technologies to enhance the user experience\nValues\nPeople peopleWe respect and care for each other, giving us the space to feel safe and be our true selves\n\nFind a wayWe’re comfortable with uncertainty and accountability, whilst achieving great outcomes through shared goals\n\nAlways learningWe’re curious.
