He/she will contribute to the supply chain execution of finished goods and visibility items (VISIT) and support the fulfillment of the order-to-cash process and reverse activities.\nWe’re looking for a new team member to join our Customer Service team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.\n FUNCTION SUPPORT\nSupport the team in monitoring customer satisfaction and customer-related KPIs.\nTrack deliveries from logistics providers to customers, ensuring a high-quality service.\nSupport the resolution of operational issues related to orders and deliveries.\nAssist with the creation and maintenance of customer data in company systems.\nSupport return management activities and customer claims handling.\nSupport daily invoicing activities and the processing of credit notes and returns.\nAssist with month-end activities and other recurring operational tasks.\nSYSTEM & DIGITALIZATION\nSupport process automation and digitalization projects.\nGain experience with CRM tools used to manage customer interactions and communications.\nLearn how automation technologies support order management processes.\nSupport EDI-related activities and customer integrations.\nAssist in maintaining databases, dashboards, and reports related to customer service and logistics performance.\nSupport performance analysis and root cause investigations.\nANALYSIS AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT\nMonitor and analyse service level and logistics performance KPIs.\nSupport the analysis of order trends and service performance to identify improvement opportunities.\nSupport continuous improvement projects and testing activities.\nCUSTOMER COLLABORATION\nBe part of the journey to start collaborating with customers.\nCollaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver improvements.\nFinds opportunities to deliver efficiency, understanding customers’ needs and influencing their behavior.
