They build strong local networks including opinion-leaders and social media creators. They create and implement marketing initiatives, projects & events in the four key pillars of the marketing mix while leveraging On Premise & Off Premise opportunities. Focused on tailoring plans to the local consumers and specificities that positively impact the heart of local consumers, ultimately leading to the successful development of the business & brand. The Field Marketing Manager is constantly out ‘in the field’ to make things happen; this is not a typical 9-5 ‘office’ job.\n STRATEGIC DIRECTION & BRAND PRIORITIES\nDevelop and deliver the regional marketing strategy aligned to national priorities and local opportunities.\nUse deep consumer, regional and competitor insights to drive idea generation, product understanding and brand image.\nPartner closely with Sales to deliver strong local commercial outcomes, distribution growth, and in-market execution.\nSupport growth in the university channel through programs that drive sales and visibility.\nDrive relevance across key consumption occasions through tailored messaging, occasion campaigns and big regional moments.\nMARKETING INNOVATION & PREMIUM EXECUTION\nDevelop innovative, locally relevant ideas that bring the brand to life across the full marketing mix.\nEnsure every touchpoint delivers a premium, detail-obsessed consumer experience at events and in field activations.\nIdentify and leverage strategic third-party event partnerships to increase brand visibility, consumer engagement, and product usage within key local scenes.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, media partners, industry stakeholders, and influential community networks across the region.\nIncorporate Red Bull athlete activations into marketing plans and deliver integrated 360° campaigns that maximise brand reach and engagement.\nORGANISATIONAL CAPABILITIES & ENABLING STRUCTURE\nLead by example, embodying Red Bull’s values and fostering a positive, inspiring team culture.\nRecruit, train and manage a high-performing team that lives the Red Bull attitude.\nCoach and develop team members through ongoing feedback, performance evaluations and clear development plans.\nPartner with the Head of Field Marketing to assess capability gaps and implement targeted development plans.\nTrain regional teams (including sales) on brand strategies and best-in-class execution.\nDRIVING EFFICIENCIES\nMaintain efficient, premium-supporting logistics, warehousing and infrastructure systems.\nOwn regional budget planning and management in partnership with the line manager and national specialists.\nContinuously identify cost savings and operational efficiencies in the region.\nBuild smart, mutually beneficial partnerships that add value through expertise, networks, assets or budget.\nManage agencies and external partners to deliver smooth, effective event logistics and execution.\n 5+ years marketing experience within sports/events or culture marketing within Queensland.\n3+ years of people management experience (direct line manager responsibilities).\nExperience in working with universities or casual workforce will be highly regarded.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams.\n Thank you recruitment agencies, we will be recruiting this role internally.\nYou warrant that:\nYou have read and understand the Privacy Statement and the Red Bull Australia Privacy Policy.\nYou are qualified to work in Australia and understand that Red Bull Australia may require you to provide evidence of this to comply with its obligations under the Migration Act 1958 (Cth).\nAll the information you have submitted to Red Bull Australia Pty Ltd (including via this application and any attachments) is true, accurate and complete.
