Through financial analysis, forecasting, trade investment management, and cross-functional collaboration, this individual will influence decisions that directly impact business performance and commercial strategy.\n FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS\nSupport monthly forecasting, annual planning, and performance reviews, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities.\nConduct month-end close analysis, including reviewing actual results, validating accruals, and explaining key variances against forecast and plan.\nPrepare financial reporting and monthly business review materials that clearly communicate results, performance trends, and business implications.\nPRICING & TRADE INVESTMENT\nManage trade investment forecasts, accruals, and performance tracking to support financial accuracy and effective investment decisions.\nEvaluate pricing, promotional activity, and customer investments to assess their impact on business performance and profitability.\nDevelop financial models and scenario analysis to support pricing, investment, and customer decisions.\nReview customer agreements and investment activity to identify financial risks, discrepancies, and opportunities.\nBUSINESS PARTNERSHIP\nPartner closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to support commercial planning and decision-making.\nProvide financial insights and recommendations that influence customer strategies, investment plans, and channel priorities.\nTranslate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable recommendations for finance and non-finance audiences.\nPresent monthly business reviews and financial results to Sales stakeholders across multiple organizational levels, including senior leaders.\nPROJECTS & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT\nSupport strategic initiatives related to pricing, trade investment, customer profitability, and commercial effectiveness.\nImprove reporting, analytical tools, financial controls, and recurring processes through standardization and automation.\nIdentify opportunities to improve data quality, financial visibility, and operational efficiency.\n Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.\n2-4 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), commercial finance or a related role.\nAdvanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, large data-set analysis, and management reporting.\nSolid understanding of financial planning, variance analysis, and performance management.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate findings into actionable business insights.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships and clearly communicate complex financial information to stakeholders across all organizational levels, including senior leadership.\nStrong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nIntellectual curiosity, a growth mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning.\nExperience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG), food and beverage or retail industry preferred.\nFamiliarity with SAP, Analysis for Office, or similar financial reporting and planning tools preferred.\nExperience with data visualization and business intelligence tools, such as Power BI preferred.\nDemonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity, automate processes, and support data-driven decision-making preferred.\n This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.\nThe base salary range for this position is $67,000 - 101,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience.
