Acting as an interface between Global Sales, local markets and Finance teams worldwide, you will contribute to reporting, planning, forecasting and business initiatives.\nThe ideal candidate brings initial experience in controlling, strong analytical skills and a drive to advance their career within the Red Bull Finance organization.\n MONTH END CLOSING / REPORTING / ANALYSIS\nPrepare and continuously enhance global sales reporting used by senior management to drive business decisions.\nOverseeing the monthly financial close process, including reconciliation of internal systems.\nAnalyze global sales volume, value, trade investments and taxes using modern business intelligence tools.\nPerform ad hoc analysis.\nPLANNING & FORECASTING\nCoordinate timelines, inputs and deliverables throughout the budgeting process.\nSupport planning processes and systems.\nBUSINESS PARTNERSHIP\nAct as a finance business partner to HQ Global Sales teams, focusing on cost planning, reporting, data preparation and performance insights.\nFacilitate collaboration between local and headquarters teams and support strategic initiatives in Trade Marketing & Key Account Management.\nSALES CONTROLLING\nEnsure the quality of customer profitability analysis across all Red Bull organizations.\nMaintain product hierarchies and support new SKU launches.\nSupport SAP enhancements and testing activities, including subsidiary system rollouts.\nImprove knowledge sharing by enhancing finance academies.\n First relevant Finance experience, ideally in Sales Controlling, is an advantage\nUniversity degree in Business Administration/Finance or similar\nFluent in English\nIT literate with excellent MS Excel skills\nExperience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, SAC) and data analytics solutions (e.g. Snowflake, SQL, Python) is considered a strong advantage\nCuriosity and drive to continuously learn and leverage new tools and technologies\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced international environment\nAbility to quickly identify and analyze risks and impacts, and define alternative solutions\nResults-oriented with strong attention to detail\nStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures\nBasic accounting and tax knowledge is an advantage\n Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2,362 gross per month.
