Responsible for budgeting operational activities and monitoring the cost related activities within the logistics and operations area.\n S&OP AND DEMAND & SUPPLY PLANNING\nCo-lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including meetings, analysis, support, and process improvement.\nEnsure continuous product availability.\nPresent the monthly demand and supply plan in Integrated Business Planning (IBP).\nEnsure data accuracy and quality.\nIMPORT MANAGEMENT\nManage the importation of finished goods.\nCoordinate the importation of materials for events and visits, merchandising, and product samples.\nEnsure products arrive in accordance with supply requirements and business needs.\nLOGISTICS AND OPERATIONS\nManage logistics processes and ensure operational efficiency.\nOversee order entry and invoicing processes.\nManage external third-party logistics (3PL) providers.\nFLEET, FACILITIES, AND SERVICES MANAGEMENT\nManage the vehicle fleet.\nOversee facilities and ensure their proper maintenance and operation.\nAdminister and monitor services, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.\nPROCUREMENT AND SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT\nDevelop and implement procurement policies, outsourcing guidelines, and procedures.\nManage tenders, bids, and proposals.\nEvaluate, qualify, and select suppliers.\nManage supplier documentation, compliance requirements, and contracts.\nCoordinate procurement activities with headquarters (HQ) and relevant departments.\nSUSTAINABILITY\nDevelop and manage local sustainability initiatives.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with other Red Bull departments and HQ.\nEnsure the accuracy and quality of sustainability data and required reports.\nCONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT AND OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE\nLead process improvement projects.\nPromote continuous innovation.\nOptimize costs and business processes.\nConduct internal and external benchmarking.\nDrive operational excellence across the organization.\nBUDGET AND COST MANAGEMENT\nDevelop and manage the operations department budget.\nMonitor and control operational expenses.\nImplement cost-saving initiatives.\nEnsure expense visibility, tracking, and analysis.\nQUALITY AND CLAIMS MANAGEMENT\nMonitor and manage quality-related claims.\nIdentify opportunities to optimize costs and improve quality.\nPromote continuous innovation and process excellence.\nHEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENT (HSE)\nEnsure operational activities comply with applicable health, safety, and environmental requirements.\nEnsure compliance with the company’s Code of Conduct.\n University Degree (Engineering, Business Administration, etc.).\nSpecialized qualifications in Planning and/or Logistics will be valuable.\n3 - 5 years of work experience in Planning / Logistics / Procurement / Supply Chain, ideally in an FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) environment.\nLeadership, motivation, innovation, problem solving, and team skills.\nAdvanced in written and spoken English.\nAdvance skill in Excel is a must.
