In addition to this, the Procurement Manager will have cross-category responsibility for key technical processes, including SAP Ariba, Procure-to-Pay processes & will be the lead for all data-focused projects.\nEvery application is reviewed by a member of our recruitment team. We take a people-first approach to hiring, ensuring that every application receives thoughtful consideration.\n Indirect Procurement Category Ownership\nDevelop and manage key supplier relationships, monitor SLA and KPI performance, conduct QBRs, and foster continuous improvement and innovation.\nLead end-to-end sourcing activities across key indirect categories.\nDevelop and deliver overarching category plan that that delivers reduced risk, improved value and improved business outcomes.\nMonitor category trends and grow category network to deliver innovation and optimisation - becoming a category expert.\nPartner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align procurement strategies accordingly.\nEnsure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and relevant regulations within owned categories.\nOther\nSustainability: leading the fleet & travel contribution to Red Bulls Net-zero goals and support wider sustainability and ESG initiatives within the procurement landscape.\nProcure-to-pay: lead key projects in this area, including the implementation of a Master Vendor solution.\nData: Create data insights & reports to drive cost-saving/efficiencies/sustainability improvements across both categories.\nSystems: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.\n Strong experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Operations or similar operational role.\nStakeholder management (internal and external) & cross-functional collaboration.\nStrong negotiating experience and cross functional problem solving.\nExperience in data analysis with a high level of capability in Microsoft Excel and data analysis/visualisation tools (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, or PowerBI).\nExperience in using SAP Ariba or other technology or cloud-based procurement or supply-chain systems.\nStrong time management, communication and influencing skills.\nAbility to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver quality results.\nProven track record of delivering cost efficiencies.\nExperience of FMCG environment.\nPro-active and enquiring mind - ability to identify opportunities across the business.\n Cost Reduction: Achieve quantifiable cost savings through strategic sourcing, negotiation, and finding alternative materials.\nProcess Efficiency: Streamline the procurement process to improve speed, accuracy, and productivity, reducing cycle times.\nSupplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to improve reliability, pricing, and collaboration, and manage supplier performance to meet quality and delivery expectations.\nRisk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks from suppliers, contracts, and compliance issues.\nSpend Visibility and Control: Ensure accurate tracking of spending and implement controls to manage it effectively.\nCompliance and Governance: Ensure procurement activities align with local and global policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations.\nSustainability and ESG Alignment: Integrate environmental, social, and governance criteria into sourcing decisions.\nAt Red Bull, we exist to give people wiiings.
