Sales Trainee will work with management to maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large & small format “off premise” stores. The primary role of the ST is to effectively service all customers in a safe, productive and professional manner to Red Bull executional standards.\n MANAGEMENT\nManage Red Bull products in assigned distribution accounts.\nDetermine current and on going product needs at accounts.\nEstablish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with your customers to increase sales and selling space.\nBuild and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product and set proper brand flow following Red Bull standards.\nEnsure that all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order.\nEXECUTION\nTrain with senior Account Sales Managers on their routes.\nCover Account Sales Managers’ routes when needed.\nEvaluate all competitors’ activities such as new launches and price reductions and communicate with District Sales Manager.\nMeet monthly key performance indicators (KPI‘s) focused on the following areas: sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts and other merchandising components.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nEmployee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.\nEmployee frequently is required to walk and sit.\nEmployee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.\nEmployee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds as needed.\nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.\nExposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.\nNoise level in the work environment is usually moderate.\nForklift and commercial vehicle operations.\n Preferred prior sales experience; having worked in consumer packaged goods or retail organization is considered an asset.\nKnowledge of the beverage market preferred.\nAdditional language skills an advantage.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (university or college experience is an asset).\nExcellent communication skills (written and verbal).\nOutstanding relationship building and people skills.\nGood mathematical skills.\nOrganizational skills.\nCurrent driver’s license with clean driving record.\nForklift and commercial vehicle operations.\nAbility to work flexible shifts.\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nFluent in English, additional language skills an advantage.\n The expected annual base salary range for this position is $49,638 - $54,863 The actual base salary for this position will depend on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience and work location.
