You will work with several teams internally to assess, prioritize, and execute all partnership deals across Red Bull Marketing and Media Network properties.\n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nRedefine the development and execution of strategic partnership programs in North America, driving revenue growth and business impact across multiple lines of business.\nDrive annual business plan objectives through the creation of integrated partnership solutions, including co-branded content, live events, social campaigns, and experiential programs that deliver partner objectives and audience growth.\nDevelop business cases, financial analyses, and commercial frameworks to evaluate new partnership opportunities, leading negotiations in collaboration with Legal and key stakeholders.\nDevelop strategic relationships with high-level decision makers across key categories ranging from Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Footwear/Apparel and other endemic and non-endemic brands.\nPartner with cross-functional Marketing and Media teams to identify, evaluate, and commercialize new revenue opportunities.\nManage internal workflow processes with internal teams to maximize business opportunities.\nIdentify and secure new strategic partnership opportunities that drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and advance long-term business objectives.\nInfluence senior internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations based on market trends, partnership performance, and commercial opportunities.\nPARTNER AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT\nOwn a portfolio of strategic partnership accounts, leading partner relationships and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business objectives.\nDeliver best-in-class account management, fostering long-term partner satisfaction, retention, and growth.\nBuild and manage production budgets and P&Ls with a strong focus on profitability and financial performance.\nMARKETING & STRATEGY\nDevelop and execute robust 360 marketing plans that promote and showcase the combined value of both partner & Red Bull brands.\nWork closely with our Red Bull Media Network & Programming teams on building effective Social Media plans in support of our partner content.\nWork closely with Production teams in development/execution of Content and Event production.\nBuild and manage production budgets and P&Ls with a strong focus on profitability and financial performance.\nDemonstrate a strong understanding of media buying, sales, distribution, and measurement, effectively communicating opportunities and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.\nAnalyze financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability.\nCROSS-FUNCTIONAL MANAGEMENT\nProject manage assignments within the organization and with internal teams/agencies from project kick off through execution to completion and renewal.\nLead and recap weekly meetings with internal teams and external partners to ensure the Red Bull + Partner is consistently, and appropriately, communicated.\nPromote a positive work environment to allow employee engagement.\nWork with internal cross functional teams within Marketing and Media to evaluate new revenue streams.\n 8+ years of sales & business development experience specifically in event sponsorships, digital/print media, and content production.\nStrong influencer, sales minded with external relationships with top brands, and understands how to accelerate audience growth that contributes revenue for Red Bull and our partners.\nSuccess with strategic solutions while using quantitative analytics paired with Red Bull ways of working.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects at once.\nWorking knowledge of long form contracts and legal frameworks all while adhering to corp. policies.\nAn expert in the partnership space with the ability to contribute outside of essential responsibilities.\nExpert in PowerPoint, excel and other creative pre/post planning tools including co-pilot.\nBachelor's Degree preferred.\n This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.\nThe base salary range for this position is $115,280 - 172,920 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience.
