cybersecurity standards such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.\nPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES\nSoftware Development & Secure Coding:\nDesign, write, test, and deploy high-quality software applications adhering strictly to Secure Coding standards and OWASP best practices.\n\nConduct application patching cycles and updates to resolve software vulnerabilities, maintain dependency trees, and prevent downtime.\n\nPerform regular static and dynamic code analysis to identify, remediate, and document technical debt and security flaws.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional departments to translate operational requirements into technical application architectures.\n\nMaintain comprehensive technical documentation, including API definitions, database schemas, and architectural designs.\n\nCloud Infrastructure & DevOps:\nNavigate, run, and optimize cloud infrastructure and hosting environments on Amazon Web Services (AWS).\n\nBuild and support Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline software deployments.\n\nMonitor AWS cloud system health, server log activity, auto-scaling performance, and operational uptime.\n\nManage environment configurations across development, staging, and production environments securely.\n\nAl Integration & Process Automation:\nLeverage Al tools, including Claude Code and advanced LLM frameworks, to build intelligent workflows and practical software agents.\n\nAutomate internal software operations, data processing tasks, and routine administrative workflows to improve organizational efficiency.\n\nMonitor, optimize, and maintain Al agents to ensure output consistency, security, and alignment with organizational needs.\n\nCybersecurity & Governance:\nImplement cybersecurity best practices within software development lifecycle (SDLC) based on frameworks like the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.\n\nConduct regular reviews of application access logs and infrastructure configurations to detect and mitigate cyber threats.\n\nAssist in enforcing corporate IT policies, drafting technical info pamphlets for staff, and publishing software security advisories.\n\nMaintain accurate software licensing, asset inventories, API keys, and End of Support (EOS) roadmaps.\n\nAdherence with PDPA and AI Governance Framework\n\nJOB SPECIFICATION\nQualifications and Experience:\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\nAt least 2-4 years of practical experience in secure software development, cloud operations, or DevOps roles.\n\nDemonstrated hands-on experience in navigating and managing cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS).\n\nProven track record with software application architecture design and application patching lifecycles.\n\nStrong familiarity with Claude Code (or other AI tools), prompt engineering, or designing functional Al workflows and autonomous agents. \n\nSolid working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, OWASP Top 10).\n\nAdditional Skills and Knowledge:\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to software design and bug mitigation.\n\nProficiency in secure programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Node.js).\n\nSolid understanding of containerization (e.g., Docker) and serverless cloud architectures.\n\nDetail-oriented and highly organized in maintaining system documentation and code repositories (Git).\n\nAdaptable and flexible to respond on-the-fly to emerging security threats or server issues.\n\nStrong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical teams and non-technical staff.\n\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating constructively within cross-functional teams.\n\nAble to review existing infrastructure and workflows, and propose improvements or design cost-efficient
